Delivery
- We deliver to addresses in the UK only.
- Each case is 3D-printed to order in your chosen colour, then your box is put together, tested and posted. The delivery options, their cost and how long they take are shown at checkout before you pay.
- You'll get an email from us when your order is on its way, with tracking where the delivery service offers it.
- If your order hasn't arrived when you expected, email contactfootybox@gmail.com with your order email address and we'll chase it.
Changing your mind
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day it's delivered. That includes boxes printed in your club's colour.
- Email contactfootybox@gmail.com within the 14 days, saying you want to cancel, with your order email address.
- Send the box back within 14 days of telling us, in its packaging if you still have it. We'll email the return address.
- We refund what you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of getting the box back. The refund goes to the card you paid with.
Return postage is paid by you, unless the box is faulty. If a returned box has been damaged by more handling than you'd need to try it out, we may take that off the refund.
To cancel before your order has been posted, email us and we'll refund you in full.
If it’s faulty
If your box arrives damaged or develops a fault, email contactfootybox@gmail.com with a short description and a photo. We'll repair it, replace it or refund you, and we pay the postage.
This doesn't affect your legal rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
