The launch list
If you join the launch list, we keep your email address, and your club if you choose to tell us. We use them only to email you about the FootyBox launch and Kickstarter. We keep the list with our email provider, MailerLite, which sends the launch emails for us. We don't sell or share your details. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click, or email contactfootybox@gmail.com and we'll delete your details.
Orders
When you buy a FootyBox, payment is handled by Stripe, which collects your card details, name, email, phone number and delivery address. We never see your full card details. We use your name, address, email and phone number to make, post and support your order, and keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. We share your delivery details only with the delivery service that brings your box. Stripe's own privacy policy covers how it handles payments.
The box
- The box stores your Wi-Fi details, your team and its colours on the box itself. They aren't sent to us.
- To show scores, the box asks our server for your team's matches. Like any internet request, this shows our server your internet address. We use it only to send the scores back and to keep the service running.
- There's no account, no app and no advertising. The box doesn't track what you watch.
This website
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers the club you pick and what's in your basket on this device, in your browser's own storage, so they're still there next time. That never leaves your browser until you go to checkout.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing contactfootybox@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
